A Celebrity Can Actually Handle Money!!!!

Wow, look! Lena Dunham does the UNTHINKABLE in Hollywood and buys a house that’s averagely priced?!

Lena Dunham, writer and star of HBO’s Girls, knows sure how to make the most of her earnings! Last year she spent 4.8 million bucks on an apartment in Brooklyn, NY and this year she downgraded to the cutest 3 bedroom house in L.A. just off Sunset Blvd AND the price was only 2.7 million dollars!

Now you’re probably thinking “ONLY TWO MILLION? I’ll never make that amount of money in my life!!!'” True, BUT for the location of the house and compared to the amount of money Bieber, Beyoncé and the Kardashians spend on a house, Lena’s purchase is so refreshing. Kylie Kardashian bought a house similarly priced except she’s….a….child. So Lena wins.

It includes 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a library, home theatre, 3-car garage, a pool and a spa. It should be priced way higher but the neighbourhood it’s located in is a lot cheaper than Lena’s. Just your typical thing teens are doing nowadays, right?

All of Lena’s upcoming projects are set to film in L.A so this move was ideal. Plus, the fact that she didn’t splurge and buy a house with M&M machines and a bowling alley definitely scored her some points with the rest of us average working class people, too!!
