Chris Brown does something dumb once again… SHOCKER!! This time, Chris created another enemy when he got paid around a million dollars for a New Years Eve concert he was supposed to perform in Manila, but DIDNT show up for……..

The promoter has been planning his revenge for the past few months and when Chris Brown recently went back to Manila for another concert, he got SHUT DOWN when his plane tried to take off. The Government isn’t letting him leave since the promoter convinced them that what he did was theft!!

Stop your wining Chris… Obama has more important things to worry about!!!
