A supermarket chain in Germany has a new Christmas ad that’s supposed to make you appreciate your family, but they chose a pretty dark way to do it.

It starts by showing an old guy spending the holidays alone.

Then his kids get invitations in the mail for his FUNERAL, but when they show up for it, he’s ALIVE, and tells them it’s the only way he could get everyone together!
