A Victoria Secret photo editor has exposed all of Victoria’s secrets….

Sarah told Refinery 29 some of the things that she did while editing the images.

1) Body ‘fixing’ is a real thing

She said “They put a push-up bra under the bathing suit. And we retouch out the bra…a lot of [staffers] would complain because they even did it with strapless stuff. When you’re wearing a strapless bikini, in no way, shape, or form [can] you have cleavage.” 

2) They edit out their nips!

The editor says she “was often asked to make breasts rounder, higher, perfectly symmetrical, and of course, larger… they all have [size] A’s.” 

3) The VS Models HAVE body hair!

The editor said that the models do indeed have body hair… however, it is all photoshopped out.

4) Let’s talk about ‘Body Swapping’

Some models are too boney looking so they edit their skin to look smoother and curvier. Sometimes going as far as to put a different body on the model.

5) The final secret

“The reason people retouch bodies is because they’re just trying to sell you something.”
