With hundreds in attendance at The Phoenix for their final stop on The Summer Land Tour, both Ria Mae and Coleman Hell brought the house down, giving their audience exactly what they came for … fun, filled perfection!

The night kicked off with 4, very lucky KiSS 92.5 winners, who got the chance to meet the Canadian superstars before the show began.

The show kicked off with Halifax native, Ria Mae who sang hit songs including God, Ooh Love and Clothes Off.

Halfway through her performance during Clothes Off, Ria even had a guitar jam session with her lead guitarist! The crowd went wild and continued to cheer Ria on … The girl can PLAY!

Shortly after her performance, Ria received a platinum plaque and now has a platinum record underneath her belt … Congrats Ria!!

When Thunder Bay’s Coleman Hell stepped on stage, all eyes and ears were on him.  He sang all of his hits including Summerland, All the Monsters, Flowerchild, Fireproof and 2 Heads.

Coleman wore all white during his final performance on The Summerland Tour; white pants, white shoes, a white shirt and an all-white laced jacket with fur on the ends.

I was lucky enough to have stood right by the stage and I must admit …  the energy was electrifying! The crowd was going wild, clapping and singing nonstop.  When Coleman sang Fireproof, the floor began shaking from the audience jumping up and down, following Coleman’s dance moves.

After singing what some may have thought was his final song, Coleman and his band ran back on stage, performing their 2014 hit, All the Monsters.

The show closed with Coleman’s hit, 2 Heads.  It was at this point where the crowded wanted MORE.  Even though the audience knew this was his last song, they didn’t want the show to end.

I was fortunate enough to have met both artists before the show and let me tell you, they are the nicest people … ever!  Not only do they have a massive amount of talent but you can tell they love what they do and they love their fans.  After the show, I got the chance to meet fans of both Ria and Coleman and not one negative comment was said.  Everyone enjoyed the concert; they were still so excited and wished it never ended.  I hope both artists return to Toronto because I would love to see them again!
