Ross LeBeau, a 24-Year-Old man from Texas, was arrested after a December traffic when police officers mistakenly believed his kitty litter was meth.

The cops performed two field tests on the kitty litter which yielded positive results. After LeBeau spent 3 days, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office did a formal lab test on the litter and discovered just how wrong they were. Lebeau told Eyewitness News, “they thought they had the biggest bust in Harris County. This was the bust of the year for them.”
