This Laneway House Is Going For 600K and People Are NOT Impressed

Ahhhhh Toronto.. You’re an absolutely gorgeous city, but your housing market is starting to look a whole lot like Vancouver!

A ‘Laneway House’ was recently listed on realtor.ca.. and people aren’t very pleased about the price tag.

The tiny Ronce property is going for 600K, but people feel that is way too much for a “glorified shed” as one Reddit user called it.

Some say that’s the price to live in a big city like Toronto though.

If it’s like any other property in the 6IX, it’ll go for a whole bunch more than the listed price…
