Couple Refuses to Pay Photographer $125, Judges Orders them to Pay ONE MILLION DOLLARS

Dallas newlyweds Andrew and Neely Moldovan owe their wedding photographer $1.08 million dollars after they failed to pay her the $125 fee for their wedding photos.

The couple’s lawsuit with their photographer Andrea Polito began back in 2015. The lawsuit stated that the couple failed to pay her a $125 fee for the cover of their wedding album. According to the Moldovan’s, Andrea was holding their wedding photos ransom and were charging them an additional fee that they were not going to pay.

The couple took their story to Dallas-Fort Worth NBC local news where they slammed the photographer for her actions. Check out the news clip below!

After this news clip Andrea’s business went under and she was forced to close. She was sure to include this into her lawsuit calling it a “smear campaign.” In court “Polito said all the Moldovans needed to do to get their photos was to fill out a form and she even offered to waive the cost of the cover photo. Those offers were bypassed and the Moldovans took their beef right to local news.”

After two years of back and forth the lawsuit was finally brought to justice. The jury found the Moldovan’s guilty and ordered them to pay Polito $1.08 million in damages.

Maybe next time just pay the $125.
