As summer begins to wind down, (I know, don’t shoot the messenger), the amount and variety of things to do in Toronto over the weekend continues to heat up and this weekend is another busy one.

SHAWN MENDES IN CONCERT

The Pickering, Ontario native comes home with not one but TWO shows this Friday and Saturday at the Air Canada Centre.

Shawn brings his Illuminate World Tour to his hometown and he doesn’t come alone as ‘See You Again’ singer Charlie Puth will open up for him.

TASTE OF DANFORTH

Celebrating its 24^th year, The Taste of the Danforth is one of my favourite events every single summer here in Toronto. Firstly, the food it’s beyond delicious and the Greek cuisine that is offered is amazing. But, there’s so much diversity in terms of food, arts, crafts, and people that I believe the Taste of the Danforth is the event that best reflects the diversity that this city has to offer.

JERKFEST TORONTO 2017

Yes, this year’s festival will feature performances from the legendary Brian McKnight, Pinchers, Freddie Jackson and many more but the highlight, as always is the delicious food.

ONE REPUBLIC IN CONCERT

Ryan Tedder and his band One Republic bring their Honda Civic Tour to Toronto’s Budweiser Stage this Saturday to help promote and celebrate their latest album, Oh My My.
