Things to do in Toronto This Weekend (August 18-20)!

Summer weekends are winding down but there are still a bunch of things happening in the city this weekend, here are just a few of the fun things you could do in Toronto and the GTA!

CNE 2017!

Food, arts and crafts, rides and just good times are back for another year at the Canadian National Exhibition (a.k.a. the CNE).

Some of the featured attractions this year is the Craft Beer Fest, Food Truck Frenzy, Acrobatics and Ice Skating Show featuring Canada’s Elvis Stojko and of course The Bandshell will feature music from some big names including Sam Roberts, Shawn Hook, Virginia to Vegas and A Tribe Called Red.

While you’re there, make sure you stop by and visit the KiSS 92.5 tent located at the South East corner of BMO Field for your chance to win some awesome prizes and hang out with the KiSS Crew!

TORONTO VEGAN FOOD AND DRINK FESTIVAL

If you’re a vegan or interested in the life style, you’ll want to check this out.

Located at Fort York’s Garrison Common, attendees can get their fix of meatless burgers, dairy free ice cream and much more.

The event takes place on Saturday from 11AM to 7PM.

OPEN STREETS TO

If you’re unfamiliar with Open Streets TO, this is when select Toronto streets are open to pedestrians and cars are prohibited.

Participants come together to just celebrate their community, free of automobiles. The event takes place this Sunday from 10AM to 2PM.

He’s on the most streamed song of all time, the video that is YouTube’s most watched and the single has spent 14 weeks at number one on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, now this Friday you can hear Daddy Yankee perform LIVE at the Powerade Centre in Brampton!
