Father Drives His Daughter Across The World For First Day Of School

The Internet has found 2017’s Father of the Year!

Father and daughter duo Huang Haitao and Huang Xinyi drove 30,000km from China to Seattle Washington after his daughter was accepted to Seattle University.

The pair drove for 108 days, and visited 26 countires on their journey to Seattle University!

In an interview Huang Haitao said that he, “promised her that he’d drive her to school, if she got accepted by a college in the U.S.” He continued to say that “after she goes to college, there won’t really be many opportunities in future for me to spend so much time with her. She’ll have her own life, so the least I can do is send her onto the next chapter of her life.” IS ANYONE ELSE CRYING!?

The pair arrived at Seattle University campus on Sept. 11 after their road trip together!
