No need to check your clock, this isn’t the early 2000s all over again, but yes, Ja Rule and 50 Cent are beefing once again.

During an interview on Big Boy’s Neighborhood on L.A’s Real 92.3 to help promote his movie Den of Thieves, Ja Rule’s name came up after 50’s Den of Thieves co-star O’Shea Jackson revealed that, “I told 50 when I met him ‘I like Ja Rule…”[50] came out, threw that CD right out my grandma’s house.”

This prompted the host, Big Boy to say, “In 2018, if you see Ja Rule, it’s not like some on-sight type stuff?” asks Big Boy, to which 50 replied, “I done put him to bed, B.”

That prompted O’Shea to say “here-we-go-again”, and well, HERE WE GO!

Check out Ja Rule’s series of tweets responding to the interview…

Yikes.

For those of you unfamiliar with their beef, it began back in the late 90s after 50 alleged that Ja Rule stole jewelry from him.

He would go on to diss him on his 1999 track, ‘Life’s on the Line’ where he mocked Ja Rule’s “It’s murdah!” trademark.

Their feud became physical a few months later in an Atlanta hotel lobby.

Then in March 2000, 50’s crew fought Ja Rule’s Murder Inc. crew in a New York City studio parking lot.

They’d go on to trade disses on tracks like ‘Clap Back’, ‘Welcome to New York’, ‘Hail Mary’, and ‘Wangsta’.

Their beef was thought to be over after Rule’s Murder Inc was shut down after a racketeering indictment that saw him serve a two year prison sentence for income tax evasion and other charges in 2011.

He even told The LIFE Files, I’m cool. We ain’t beefing no more…We don’t gotta go to war, but we’re not friends either.”

The two would trade light social media jabs at one another in years prior to Ja Rule’S prison sentence but nothing major…that is until today’s tweets.

We await 50’s response and hope that the two can keep the barbs to just social media and nothing gets physical again.
