“Photography is kind of my life,” 22-year old Kelsey Maggart told Buzzfeed News. 

Maggart’s insane camera skills hit the mainstream when she tweeted a series of beautiful, seemingly professional photos that were taken—plot twist!—in a freaking crafts store.

Hard to believe, right?

The pics from Maggart’s impromptu photoshoot at a Hobby Lobby (a.k.a. an American version of Michaels) went viral, and other photographers started taking the less-than-ideal location as a challenge—the Hobby Lobby challenge!

To participate, all you need to do is find the nearest aisle of fake flowers and set up a shoot. The real challenge is working your way around the unflattering fluorescent lighting, the giant sticker price tags and the often ugly metal displays.

Hundreds of photographers were inspired by the challenge. The result? Hundreds of magazine-quality photos, all of which manage to somehow look like they were taken in a magical flower garden.

The challenge isn’t confined to the halls of Hobby Lobby, either. Several amateur photographers have gone to their local Michaels and even nearby dollar stores to try their hand.
