Is Paris Hilton Throwing Shade At Kim Kardashian?

When it comes to Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian, their on-again, off-again friendship has made major headlines over the last few years, I mean, how can we forget the time when Paris said ‘Kim’s butt looks like cottage cheese stuffed in a trash bag?’ #LOL

Now that we’re in 2018, it’s hard to determine whether or not the ladies are on good terms but what we do know – Kim K has been using year-old photo’s of the heiress as inspo for her KKW Beauty collection, at least that’s what the fans are saying.  The photo below is of Paris, taken last year and inspired by the 1999 movie, American Beauty.

Below are new photos of Kim, promoting her new KKW Beauty Classic Blossom Collection.  Kim says, “The collection is inspired by my love for the pretty pink-coloured Cherry Blossom trees” however, they do look somewhat similar to Paris’ photos.

Here’s where the shade comes in from – In a ‘Throwback Thursday’ post, Paris captioned her photos “Love these photos I shot last year with the incredible talented @BrendanForbes.”  The plot thickens because both sets of pictures were posted within days apart from one another.

Fans quickly took notice and began calling out the similarities.  One Instagram user posted, “Kim is always stealing something from someone.  Be original Mrs. West,” while another included “You create trends and then people copy.”   Just recently Paris played Kim’s clone in the new Kanye West’s Yeezy campaign and younger sister Khloe liked Paris’ pictures so it’s safe to say they’re somewhat on good terms.  If you ask me, both ladies copied the movie so realistically, no one’s winning here.
