Have you ever wanted to feel younger?

Think about some of the things you might do to achieve that goal. You may exercise, you may eat healthy, some people may undergo cosmetic changes to their body in order to have a more youthful appearance.

Well, one man is fighting to feel younger via the courts.

69 year old Emile Ratelband from the Netherlands says he does not feel his age and has began a legal battle to change his birth year from March 1949 to March 1969.

He says his age makes it difficult for him to find love and that he’s being discriminated against on dating apps.

He compared his wanting to legally change his age to people who identify as transgender.

He told The Guardian, “When I’m 69, I am limited. If I’m 49, then I can buy a new house, drive a different car,” he said. “I can take up more work. When I’m on Tinder and it says I’m 69, I don’t get an answer. When I’m 49, with the face I have, I will be in a luxurious position.”

Roz and Mocha were intrigued by his story so they called Emile to talk about his legal fight!
