Mac Miller passed away on September 7th of a drug overdose.

But a month before, he was at the Spotify studios and recorded two songs.

Well, they decided to release the song today as a tribute.

The two songs are an acoustic version of his song Dunno and he also did a cover of Billy Preston’s Nothing From Nothing.

Just make sure you have some tissues handy, you’ll need them for this…

Spotify also released footage of him in the studio. Ugh, what a talent.

His family released a statement saying, “”Malcolm McCormick, known and adored by fans as Mac Miller, has tragically passed away at the age of 26. He was a bright light in this world for his family, friends and fans. Thank you for your prayers.”

His final album Swimming was released August 3rd.
