Ariana Grande Gets Jim Carrey-Inspired Tattoo & He Gives His Stamp of Approval!

It’s no secret – Ariana Grande LOVES her tattoos … and she also loves Jim Carrey!

From a moon to stars, Pokémon and hearts, Ariana has upped her tattoo collection and has added a quote from one of her favourite Jim Carrey movies, The Truman Show. 

Ari along with her cousin, Courtney Chipolone got the same exact tattoo and in the exact same spot on their bodies.  The tattoo reads, “In case I don’t see ya, good afternoon, good evening and good night!”

Ariana then re-posted her cousin’s photo on her Insta-Story where she wrote the caption, “I got the same s**t but upside down,” which has been a thing for Ariana in the past year.

Jim Carrey got word about Ariana’s new inspired tattoo and gave her a stamp of approval.  Jim tweeted, “Wow Ariana Grande … a tattoo? Ssss’nice!”

And this isn’t the first time Ariana quoted her favourite actor.  Back in April, Ariana had posted one of her all-time favourite Jim Carrey quotes.  She posted, “Depression is your body saying, ‘I don’t want to be this character anymore. I don’t want to hold up this avatar that you’ve created in the world. It’s too much for me.’  You should think of the word ‘depressed’ as ‘deep rest.’ Your body needs to be depressed. It needs deep rest from the character that you’ve been trying to play.”  Underneath the quote, Ariana wrote, “The whole LOML [love of my life] forever.”
