The world first found out about Adele and Simon Konecki back in April when a statement was issued and revealed, “Adele and her partner have separated.  They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.”

According to records that have been passed onto Entertainment Tonight, it confirms Adele has officially fired for divorce from Simon.  Adele and Simon met in 2011 and a year later, welcomed their son, Angelo Adkins and married in March of 2017 during a concert held in Australia.  However, back in 2016 during an interview with Vanity Fair, Adele shared kind words for her then husband, “After releasing my first album, all the other people I ever was with were so insecure about themselves — they couldn’t handle it at all. When I try to describe this to my friends, they don’t always get it, because they go out with people that are our age, but Simon is already who he is, and I’m still becoming who I’m going to be.  He’s confident. He’s perfect.” 

 

Following the news of their separation, Adele posted this hilarious, all-up-in-your-feelings meme which was liked well over a million times.  The meme read, “When you catch yourself in your feelings then you remember who you are.”
