Selena Gomez Delivers Flawless Acoustic Cover of 'Rare'

Nothing like some amazing vocals and the sweet sounds of a guitar! Selena Gomez took over L.A.’s Village Studios and performed an amazing, acoustic cover of Rare.

On Instagram Selena writes, “Some friends and I got together to do a little live performance of Rare, hope you enjoy it as much as we did.”  Less than 24 hours after the videos release, it was viewed more than one million times.

Talking with Entertainment Tonight, Selena shares, “I think there’s so much going on … it’s just so much pressure.  Everybody thinks they have to look exactly the same and they have to do these things and the truth is, you don’t.  And I felt that way too.  It gets in your head and this song is the opposite of that.  It’s a song that says, ‘I know that I don’t have it all, but I do know that I deserve something special.’  That song is exactly how I feel.  I won’t tolerate being treated any other way.”
