How To Make Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches with Lucas The Intern!

Lucas The Intern went live on the KiSS Facebook page this afternoon to share his homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches with you!

If you want to make them too, here’s the recipe:

Combine:

2 cups brown sugar, 2 cups white sugar, 2 cups melted butter,

Mix, then add:

4 eggs, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Mix, then add:

5 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder

Mix, then add:

4 cups of chocolate chips (milk and/or dark)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use an ice cream scooper (preferably) to scoop batter out of bowl. Leave about 5cm between each cookie ball. Bake for 10-12 minutes, and let cool.

The final, and most important step: take 2 cookies, add a scoop of your ice cream of choice between the two cookies, and enjoy!
