The Buffalo Bills Hire the First Full Time Female Asistant Coach

On Wednesday, the Buffalo Bills named Kathryn Smith their quality control-special teams. This makes her the NFL’s first full-time female coach.

The great news comes on the heels of the Arizona Cardinals bringing on Jen Welter to the coaching staff during the pre-season and the NBA employing two female assistant coaches Becky Hamon and Nancy Lieberman.
