Fifth Harmony Talk VMA Performance on Good Morning America

No doubt about it, Fifth Harmony had one of the most entertaining and memorable performance at this years MTV VMAs!  

Their performance included some rain, mic drops, a guest appearance by Gucci Mane and an ‘anonymous fifth member who dramatically fell off the stage’.

Of course, the harmonizers took over the internet and many assumed it was major shade being thrown at former member, Camila Cabello.  When 5H visited Good Morning America, host Lara Spencer asked about their VMA performance and the girls assured everyone it wasn’t so much about dissing their ex-bandmate but more about their future as a group.

Ally Brooke explains, “We get asked all the time if we’re getting a fifth member and we wanted to show the world in an artistic way that, hey, the four of us are Fifth Harmony.”  

Ally continues, “We’re stronger and better than we’ve ever been — and honestly it was such a monumental moment for us. We were at the VMAs! We had rain! We had the splits! We had a mic drop!” 

FH went on to take home the VMA for Best Pop Video for their hit, ‘Down’ with Gucci Mane.
