As we celebrate Chocolate Milkshake Day, Kelis is sharing her recipe for her milkshake.

  • 3 oz. Baileys
  • 8 oz. ginger beer
  • 4 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 5 pieces candied ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of ice

Rim the glass with honey, chili powder, cinnamon, and sugar.

Top with ginger-infused whipped cream.

BTW, Kelis is a legit foodie. She’s a chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu back in 2009.

Kelis even has her second cookbook coming out September 28th, “My Life on a Plate: Recipes from Around the World.”
