Google’s Latest and Greatest: Blocking Spoilers!!!!!

No one likes running into spoilers of their favourite movies/TV shows – sometimes it’s worse than those commercials on youtube. This is where Google jumps in with a (pending) idea to solve your problems!!!

SPOILER ALERT!! *(…it’s a spoiler blocker!!!)*

Google’s spoiler blocker tracks which movies/TV shows you watch and how much of it. Then it filters out any related content online that may give out information about what you haven’t seen yet!

This could be a really good thing! Because we all know how we felt when spoilers were released about the finale of Breaking Bad…..

Unfortunately, the service wouldn’t filter which sites may have uploaded “spoilers” (like Facebook, Twitter, etc).

Remember, THIS IS STILL IN THE WORKS. Google says the system is faaarrrr from being a reality yet. One rep says, “some ideas mature into real products or services, some don’t.”

But hopefully one day we won’t have to say: “Please, for the love of all that is good in the world, will you STOP ruining the ending of everything!!!”

So we’ll just sit and wait patiently, because we think all us movie/TV show lovers would truly appreciate this.
