WATCH: A Kid Won't Let Go of a Dog's Leash and It Drags Him Along the Ground

A guy in the Czech Republic had to slow down when a dog ran in front of his car last month.  Then he cracked up, because there was a kid holding onto its leash . . . and it was literally DRAGGING him along the ground.
