A man in Houston could be facing charges after he stopped traffic to get down on one knee and propose to his girlfriend. His name is Vidal Valladares, and he said “I just wanted to do something different”

As you can see… not everyone was over the moon about his game plan.

Texas Department of Transportation agreed that the act was both against the law and dangerous saying.. “Besides being illegal it is incredibly unsafe and we would discourage anyone from taking such unnecessary risk which could result in injury to themselves or others”
