Taylor Swift ‘Shake It Off’ Lawsuit Dismissed; Judge Uses Lyrics In Verdict!

A $42 million lawsuit against Taylor Swift was filed a few weeks ago by an R&B singer named Jesse Graham who claimed that she stole the lyric ‘haters gonna hate’ from his song (with the same title). Well, a judge dismissed his case and added a little swift justice in the process!

On Tuesday, California Judge Gail J. Standish dismissed Jesse Graham’s claim that there was any copyright infringement on the part of Taylor and her team and said that the phrase ‘haters gonna hate’ in Graham’s 2013 song were not his invention.
