WATCH: Rob Ford Video Tribute

The former Mayor of Toronto (2010-2014) died of cancer at the young age of 46 on Tuesday. 

With the help of local filmmaker Tharanga Ramanayake, Rob Ford’s family posted a four-minute video tribute that features the former Mayor hugging his supporters, and encouraging people to vote.

The video is set to Diddy and Faith Evans record, ‘I’ll Be Missing You’.

If you wish to pay your respects to Rob Ford, his body will lie in repose for two days at city hall beginning on Monday.

There will be a procession on Wednesday that starts at city hall and ends at St. James Cathedral, where a funeral will be held.

The Ford family are encouraging members of the public to send in their own tribute videos of the late Mayor that will be included in a montage at Wednesday’s memorial. They can do so at robfordmemorial@gmail.com
