America’s Got Talent is going into season number 14 and it’s about time for some changes it seems. Tyra Banks, Mel B and Heidi Klum are all not returning next season. Tyra has been the host for the last 2 years but sources are saying that she’s leaving “…because she wants to produce and act more.” She is still doing a lot of work on America’s Next Top Model as well as promoting her new made-for-tv film, Life-Size 2.

Terry Crews, who is hosting the AGT: The Champions spinoff right now, will join the main show as the host this season.

As for Mel B and Heidi Klum, who were both judges last season, are being replaced by actress, Gabrielle Union and dancer, Julianne Hough. Management at NBC explained by saying “One of the many secrets to the success and longevity of America’s Got Talent is its fearless drive to reinvent itself.” Calling the change “fresh eyes to the panel”.

But don’t worry, your favourite TV ‘bromance’ will still be on the show; Simon Cowell and Howie Mandel.

America’s Got Talent returns for Season 14 this May or June. Though it hasn’t been officially announced, critics are estimating May 28, 2019.
