'Rush Hour 4' Could Be Finally Happening!

Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker could be reprising their roles as Inspector Lee & Detective Carter in a new Rush Hour movie!

YES! These were always my favourite “buddy-cop comedy” movies. The first Rush Hour was released in 1998, then we were blessed with Rush Hour 2 and Rush Hour 3 in 2001 and 2007. This past January, on a podcast, Chris Tucker mentioned the chance of a fourth movie; “It’s not in pre-production. We’re working on a few things [for] the script. Jackie wants to do it. I want to do it. The studio wants to do it.”

The two of them posed in a photo on Chris Tucker’s Instagram that has fans like me itching in their seat. There was no caption, it just shows the two actors holding up 4 fingers. What else could it be right?!

Hands down though, this is one of my favourite scene from the franchise and watching it again has me so excited for the next one.
