How To Make Isolation Mac and Cheese For One!

Here is the recipe:

What you’ll need:

Pot of salted boiling water, 250 grams of macaroni pasta, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2/3 cup of milk, 2 cups of shredded cheddar and/or white cheese

Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Paprika

1/3 white cheese on top, Panko breadcrumbs!

Step 1:

1. Bring pot to boil, put macaroni in and cook for 10 minutes
2. While cooking pasta, start roux (mac and cheese sauce)
3. Place flour and butter in pan and wait until melted
4. Add milk, and stir until ingredients are blended together
5. Add cheese, stir until the roux is yellow and thick
6. Take pasta out, add pasta into the roux pan
7. Mix together until pasta is coated in the roux
8. Add a pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, pinch of paprika, and mix together

Step 2:

1. Take out of pot and place in small casserole dish
2. Add 1/3 white cheese on top, sprinkle
3. Place in oven at 425, and let cook until top is golden brown and crunchy

Take out of oven, and enjoy a great comfort food dish!
