Kevin, who recently wrote a personal essay about his mental health struggles, along with Demi and Marshmello, replied to fans who asked questions surrounding mental health struggles.

Before they began, Demi tweeted, “Thank you Kevin Love for being so open and honest with your mental health.  You’ve been a leader in the sports world for this and I know you’ve inspired so many of your fans.  It’s been incredible to watch.”  Marshmello then chimed in and wrote, “We have to do that more often Demi.  Thank you for sharing all your great questions with us.  And shout out Kevin Love for moderating and providing his insights.  Appreciate you both #OKNotToBeOK.”

Demi and Marshmello dropped their collaboration, OK Not To Be Ok on World Suicide Prevention Day.  In response to a fan who asked Demi about ‘motivating yourself during the rough patches,’ Demi shared, “It’s not easy some days, but knowing ‘it’s ok not to be ok’ has truly helped me with this.  You have good days… and a couple bad days in between. We can’t stress ourselves with trying to be perfect. Love you too!”

Another fan then asked how the ‘COVID-19 pandemic affected their creativity,’ Marshmello responded with, “I’ve been using this time to dive head first into music. I’ve written more music now than ever before.  Now I don’t know how good the music is… but there is a lot of it.”
