Justin Bieber Delivers Powerful Performance of 'Holy' & 'Lonely' at the 2020 People's Choice Awards

Nominated for seven nods and taking home the award for ‘Male Artist of 2020,’ Justin Bieber delivered an emotional performance of both ‘Holy’ and ‘Lonely’ at this year’s People Choice Awards.

Sitting alone at a bus stop on an empty street, Justin begins to belt out the lyrics to ‘Lonely.’  As JB slowly makes his way towards Benny Blanco (who is off to the side playing keyboard), Justin walks through a parted screen that leads him onto a stage where he performs ‘Holy.’

Following his performance, Justin shared some wise words with his fans in an Instagram post, “Working on performances like this are fun because it takes a team! Teamwork is essential in accomplishing your dreams! I could have never pulled something like this off without a team. Look around you. Who do you see? Who’s holding you back? Who’s empowering you? Are you holding yourself back by the way you are treating those around you. Take a look only you know…”

Chance the Rapper, who serves as the collaborator on ‘Holy,’ was not present at the People’s Choice Awards.  This comes less than a week after Justin shared the stage with Dan+Shay at the 2020 CMAs.  Watch below.
