Allen Simans started the petition that has been signed thousands of times against Kanye closing the Pan Am Games, and he called into KiSS 92.5 to talk to Roz & Mocha about why he started it.

The Pan Am petition comes on the heels of a petition that over 130,000 people signed trying to cancel Ye’s headlining performance at the typically rap-phobic Glastonbury. That petition ultimately failed, and Kanye silenced all the critics with an incredible 30 song set at the UK fest.
