Matthew McConaughey’s Latest Movie Made a Total of $2,730

Did you know that Matthew McConaughey has new movie out?! No? Neither did we, and neither did most of the world.

The Sea of Trees, a movie starring McConaughy and Noami Watts, made a grand total of $2,730 in its first five days of release according to Vulture.

This VERY low number might be due to the fact that the movie was only released to ONE theatre in North America, the  Sundance Sunset Cinema. Presumably due to the lack of advertising and buzz for the film. But we’re sure everything is alright, alright, alright, in the world of Matthew McConaughey.
