Houston... We Might Have A Problem!

What would you think about if your flight was going down?!?!

Imagine peacefully enjoying your flight, with your earphones in and music playing. You’ve just started to doze off when all of a sudden the plane DROPS 13,000FT!!! 

Singapore Airlines Airbus A330-300 was flying from Singapore to Shanghai on Saturday when both engines failed, causing it to descend 13,000ft. Talk about a TERRIFYING situation. Singapore Airlines said in a statement, that the pilots followed ‘operational procedures’ and managed to restore power to both Rolls-Royce Trent 772 engines. This means that the flight landed safely in Shanghai, making all of the 182 passengers and 12 crew members onboard VERY happy.

The Air Accident Investigation Bureau of Singapore is currently investigating the cause of the engine failures, which they think might have been due to bad weather. We can only think about how relieved we are that everyone on that flight was safe and the pilots were able to save the day!!
