Rebel has claimed to be 29, and grew up in the “ghetto” part of Sydney, Australia. But according to a source from Australian tabloid Woman’s Day, none of these things are true!!! Here’s the truth…

Her real name is Melanie Elizabeth Bownds, she’s 35, and had an upper middle class upbringing. She went to Tara Anglican School for Girls in North Parramatta, Sydney, where she graduated in 1997.

After this came out, Rebel shot back with a hilarious tweet:

Rebel has obviously confirmed her age since this all came out, as her age on IMDB has changed.

But here’s the craziest part, the source says nobody remember’s her being funny!!!
